Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in with Discord, or purchasing a product on OPLY.ONE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Account & sign-in
You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — we identify your orders and deliveries through it, so anyone with access to your Discord account can access your order history and delivered goods.
3. Products & delivery
We sell digital goods — license keys, serial keys, accounts, downloads, Discord roles — and, for some listings, services or physical products. License keys, serial keys, accounts and downloads are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. Discord roles are granted automatically by our bot. Services and physical products are fulfilled manually by our team after purchase.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store your card details. All prices are shown in EUR at checkout.
5. Refunds
Because digital goods are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, purchases are generally final once a key, account, or download has been delivered. If a product is defective, was not delivered, or a delivered key doesn't work, contact us via Discord and we'll investigate and make it right.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use OPLY.ONE for fraud, chargebacks made in bad faith, reselling in violation of a product's license, or any activity that violates the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts or cancel orders involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
7. No warranty
Products are provided by their respective publishers/vendors "as is". We do our best to verify stock before listing it, but we don't control third-party services (e.g. the platform a license key activates on).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. Continued use of OPLY.ONE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
