Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-07-09. This explains what data we collect and how it's used.
1. What we collect
When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username, display name, email address and avatar. When you place an order, we store the order itself (items, price, payment method, status) and use your Discord ID to grant Discord-role purchases automatically. If you leave your cart without checking out, we may store your email address to send a reminder. If you leave a product review, we store the rating and comment tied to your account.
2. Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe; crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe and NOWPayments process payment details directly and share back only what we need to confirm and fulfil your order (e.g. payment status, a transaction reference).
3. How we use your data
To create and deliver your orders, show your order history, grant Discord roles automatically, send order and cart-reminder emails (via Resend), and to keep the store secure (fraud/abuse prevention).
4. Where it's stored
Order, account and product data is stored in our MongoDB database. Uploaded product images and deliverable files are stored in Cloudflare R2. We don't sell your data to third parties.
5. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Discord (sign-in), Stripe and NOWPayments (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting/database providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
6. Your choices
You can view your order history any time under Account → Orders. To have your account data removed, contact us via Discord — we'll delete what we can while keeping the minimum records required for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the store evolves. Continued use of OPLY.ONE after a change means you accept the updated policy.
